Student Support

The Student Support (APET) is a comprehensive support structure for students at Técnico’s Oeiras Campus, whose mission is based on promoting psychological well-being, academic success and the development of personal, social and professional skills. APET develops projects and initiatives from the moment students begin their higher education until their transition to the job market, namely the Mentoring Programme, educational support, monitoring and support for students with specific educational needs, and career guidance.

The overall objective is to promote an inclusive, supportive and development-oriented academic environment that enables students to reach their full potential throughout their higher education experience.

Student Support provides a range of services in the following areas:

Students with Special Educational Needs

  • Status of Students with Special Educational Needs (ENEE)
  • Scholarships for Students with a Degree of Disability Equal to or Greater than 60%
  • Support resources for teachers

  • Activities at Técnico Services – Oeiras Campus to engage in volunteering
  • Activities outside Técnico to engage in volunteering

Tuesday and Thursday from 9.30am to 11.30am
Wednesday and Friday from 2pm to 4pm
