The Human Resources and Academic Management area (AGRHA) of the Oeiras Campus is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of administrative and academic processes, providing essential support to students, faculty, and staff.

Academic Management

The Academic Management is the service responsible for monitoring and supporting the entire academic career of Bachelor’s (1st Cycle) and Master’s (2nd Cycle) students, from admission to conclusion of the course and certification.

This service is responsible for receiving, organising and managing the individual processes of students on different 1st and 2nd Cycle courses. It also provides information and deals with all matters related to enrolment, registration, tuition fees, academic records and certification.

Academic Management ensures the correct management of all students’ academic processes, from enrolment to completion of studies and certification, ensuring strict compliance with internal rules and regulations, as well as with the legislation applicable to Higher Education, in close collaboration with the School’s management bodies.

Human Resources

The Human Resources Department is responsible for managing all types of processes and actions relating to employees of the Instituto Superior Técnico – Oeiras Campus, regardless of their type of employment contract or career path.

The Human Resources Department of the Oeiras Campus is responsible for:

• Providing support and advice to selection panels involving Oeiras Campus staff;
• Organising processes relating to family allowances;
• Ensuring attendance control;
• Organising processes relating to the opening, applications, renewals and extensions of research grants;
• Registering, sending, receiving and archiving files.
