The NCEP provides support for both the organization and promotion of events held on the Oeiras campus.
For members of its community, NCEP offers free access to space reservations, equipment requests, and multimedia support. For external entities, spaces are available for temporary rental for activities such as training sessions, lectures, conferences, and more.
The available spaces include auditoriums, classrooms, the library, a multipurpose room, a training room, the building’s atrium, and the outdoor areas of the campus.
Internal or external entities interested in organizing an event must submit their request via the appropriate form, at least 5 working days before the event date. If no response is received within 3 working days, a follow-up email should be sent to: reservas.ncep@tecnico.ulisboa.pt.
Student Group space reservations must be made using the designated form, in compliance with the established requirements. This procedure ensures that spaces are used in an organized and efficient manner, supporting proper planning of activities. It is important that students follow the detailed instructions in the form and respect the deadlines and conditions to secure their booking.
