Instituto Superior Técnico (IST) demonstrates its commitment to the student community by actively supporting the activities promoted by student groups. To this end, IST provides suitable spaces and the necessary resources to carry out these initiatives, always in accordance with previously established procedures.
Reservations
All requests are made by form available for this purpose, fulfilling certain requirements, such as:
- submission of the Activity Report for the academic year ending at the end of August;
- a copy of the Taking Office Minute and updated contacts of the new members (within 15 days from the date of the Minute);
- a copy of the Bylaws, whenever these are changed (within 15 days from the date of change);
- sending by the beginning of the school year (September 15th) the Activity Plan for that same year;
- the requests made directly to the Services are subject to the current cost table.
